It is opening the new Atlantis Spa in February 2026.The Spa Therapist at Atlantis Spa is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments that enhance guest relaxation, wellness, and satisfaction. The role requires excellent technical skills, professionalism, and a warm, customer-focused approach to ensure a memorable spa experience.Key Responsibilities:· Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, according to spa standards· Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and contraindications· Recommend appropriate treatments, products, and wellness programs to guests· Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment room at all times· Ensure all equipment, tools, and products are properly sanitized and maintained· Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments· Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and spa policies· Accurately maintain client records and treatment notes· Promote spa services, retail products, and special offers when appropriate· Work collaboratively with other spa and hospitality team membersRequirements & Qualifications:· Certified Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist / Beauty Therapist (relevant qualification- ITEC CIBTEC CIDESCO or NVQ equivalent)· Proven experience in a spa, wellness centre, or hotel environment preferred· Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and body therapies· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Professional appearance and positive attitude· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings ,weekends and holidays· High standards of personal hygiene and professionalismSkills & Competencies:· Strong customer service and guest-care skills· Attention to detail and cleanliness· Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere· Time management and organizational skills· Sales and product knowledge (an advantage)Working Conditions:· Requires standing for long periods and performing physically demanding treatments· Calm, wellness-focused spa environmentBenefits:· Competitive salary· Training and professional development opportunities· Staff discounts on treatments and products· Supportive and wellness-focused work environment
