The Hyatt Centric is delighted to invite experienced applicants for the position of Full-Time Food and Beverage Assistant.
This is Ireland's first Hyatt Hotel. Adjacent to St Patrick's Cathedral, this 234 bedroom 4 Star property will include restaurant, bar, meeting and event facilities and fitness centre. Role responsibilities include:
* Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner and provide a positive dining experience
* Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
* Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly prior to service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required
* Actively seek feedback from customers
* Process payments and handle cash transactions
* Support colleagues in delivering exceptional service
* Follow all health and safety regulations
* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance
Requirements:
* Eligible & available to work full time or part-time
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Have a passion for and genuine interest in customer service
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Eager to learn and progress
* Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
