You will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes using engineering methods, developing basic experiments and tests, and analyzing results to make recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improve manufacturing processes using engineering methods
* Develop basic experiments and tests to qualify and validate manufacturing processes
* Analyze results and make recommendations
* Develop training and documentation materials for production
* Establish project plans to ensure deliverables are completed to customer's expectations
* Identify opportunities for re-design/design of equipment to improve manufacturing processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Hons Degree in Engineering or scientific field from an accredited university
* Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite including MS Project
* CAD experience preferred
* Basic documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills
* Basic understanding of statistical techniques
* Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
