Our client is looking for a
Content Moderation & Quality Assurance Specialist
to play a critical role in shaping safer online spaces. This position isn't just about reviewing content—it's about ensuring that some of the internet's toughest challenges are handled with care, precision, and integrity.
As part of the team, you'll work on
training and calibrating AI moderation systems
, supporting vendor teams, and driving quality assurance processes that directly impact how harmful and high-risk content is managed. Your work will focus on some of the most sensitive and impactful areas online:
suicide and self-injury, graphic violence, child safety, and adult sexual exploitation.

What you'll do
* Ensure accuracy:
Audit and evaluate vendor moderation decisions, ensuring alignment with policies and guidelines.
* Create gold standards:
Build "golden sets" to test and measure vendor performance.
* Calibrate & support vendors:
Partner with vendor sites to drive consistency and improvement.
* Analyze & report:
Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Strengthen policy impact:
Translate complex policies into actionable decisions that safeguard online spaces.
* Be a trusted partner:
Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain high-quality outcomes.
What we're looking for
* 4+ years' experience
in content moderation, quality assurance, investigations, or a related field.
* Background in
structured, process-driven work
with measurable outcomes.
* Strong
policy rationalization skills
—able to understand and apply complex guidelines quickly.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Clear and confident communicator, both with internal teams and external partners.
* Ability to stay resilient and objective when exposed to graphic or disturbing content.
Nice to have:
* Experience in moderation platforms/tools.
* Knowledge or personal interest in areas such as suicide prevention, online child safety, countering exploitation, or violent content analysis.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
This opportunity is a contract for 11 months, potential for extension depending on project progress, onsite in Dublin 4, paying €72,000 per annum pro rata.
