Le Meas Executive Searchare delighted to partner with a Global Fund Manager to hire a Senior Fund Accountant who will report to the Fund Accounting Manager.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and review of monthly net asset valuationsPreparation of year-end and semi-annual financial statementsInvestment reporting and dealing with investment manager, custodian, auditors and regulatorsShareholder services (issuing notices, monthly statements etc)Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory returnsMaintain and enhance ISAE 3402Manage year end auditQualifications:Previous experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting role essential (2+ years)Investran experience preferableAccountancy qualification – ACA or ACCA (part-qualified or interested in undertaking this qualification)Computer literate and competent with strong MS Word and Excel
