Project Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
* To manage construction projects from design through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* To lead and motivate sub-contractors, encouraging teamwork and effective collaboration.
* To communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
* To use initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project management.
* Background in engineering, with relevant qualifications or site experience.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Good administrative, report writing, and IT skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
