Hours:Full time, 3:15pm to 11:15pm, Monday to Friday. (Occasional weekends to cover annual leave).

Job Description:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage and process customer orders. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Taking orders over the phone, via email and through voicemail.
* Processing orders for the required delivery day.
* Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions
* Communication with various departments to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
* Process customers orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Address customer questions and concerns, providing clear and helpful responses.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ideal Candidate will have:
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Polite and professional phone manner.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
