Electrical Installation Contract Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Installation Contract Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of electrical installation contracts, from planning to execution and close-out.
* Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and review project documentation, including tenders, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and site teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing electrical installation contracts, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, legislation, and industry standards related to electrical installations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
