Project Lead - Installation and Construction Management
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the installation and construction of high-end solutions across Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing projects from conception through to handover. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to liaise effectively with internal design and production teams. Key responsibilities include analyzing client contract requirements, supervising projects, and ensuring all resources are planned and available in accordance with project program. Additional duties include assessing suitability of subcontractors, managing communication with clients and staff, and coordinating project activity in conjunction with the offsite fabrication team.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of project finances and be able to manage project terms of payments and invoicing schedule. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
