The role of Cinema Experience Manager involves overseeing every aspect of cinema operations to ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.
You'll lead a dynamic team, inspiring and coaching them to excel in their roles, while driving business initiatives that deliver results.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of Cinema Hosts on shift, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational delivery.
* Serving as a role model and coach, providing support and development opportunities to your team members.
* Driving site-level business initiatives, working collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding results.
* Championing colleague engagement and fostering a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
* Taking ownership of shift management, including delegating tasks, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining health and safety standards.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
* Leadership/Supervisory experience in a customer-facing or hospitality environment.
* A strong communication skillset, enabling you to lead, inspire, develop, and engage your team effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
