This is a hands-on role requiring a strong technical background, deep knowledge of Temenos, and the ability to act as the primary on-the-ground technical resource.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily running and technical performance of the Temenos platform in IrelandServe as the on-site expert and first point of escalation for all platform-related issuesEnsure system stability, availability, and operational excellenceCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve incidents and implement enhancementsMonitor system health, perform routine checks, and manage maintenance activitiesSupport upgrades, patches, and configuration changesDrive continuous improvement of the platform's reliability and efficiencyMaintain clear technical documentation and operational processesEnsure compliance with internal IT, risk, and security standardsRequired Experience & SkillsProven track record working with the Temenos platform (T24 / Transact or related Temenos modules)Strong understanding of core banking systems and end-to-end operational workflowsHands-on technical experience in system administration, environment support, or platform ownershipAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutionsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teamsStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailExperience in a regulated financial services environment (preferred)
