Responsibilities
Support the ASG hub and provide excellent contracting and payment support to external Healthcare Professionals as well as internal affiliate business partners.
Establish and maintain internal strategic partnerships with compliance, finance, and other functions to facilitate cross-functional work and improve customer experience.
Act as a "go-to" resource for Contracting to Pay queries from external HCPs and internal business partners.
Deliver an excellent customer experience through timely coordination and execution of HCP contract-to-pay processes for the assigned country.
Monitor the daily operational dashboard to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs and distribute the dashboard effectively across the team.
Ensure adherence to anti-corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs.
Ensure compliance with data capture requirements to support Lilly's ToV disclosure requirements, including supporting data correction and reporting queries from the Global Transparency team.
Review key metrics and communicate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met and improved.
Resolve escalated queries from EMS HCP Contract to Pay Expert Specialists efficiently, escalating to EMS Sr.
Managers when necessary.
Coach and mentor EMS Expert Specialists to ensure excellence and compliance across key processes.
Demonstrate business process expertise, both functionally and technically, and train or lead the team as needed.
Support global and regional EMS projects as required.
Provide cover for team members and train new members to support the overall EMS team.
Demonstrate flexibility by primarily supporting the ASG market while offering support for other markets as needed.
Qualifications
3–4 years of customer-facing experience with excellent communications and compliance skills, and experience identifying and delivering process change.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
Fluency in English and German (required).
Additional languages are an advantage.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP P2P module, MS Office including Visio.
Experience with contracting systems is an advantage.
Business and/or technical knowledge developed through education or experience, with an understanding of key business drivers.
Ability to improve processes, products, and services and create impact at multiple levels.
Capability to lead small to medium projects with moderate risk.
Effective and agile communication skills.
Analytical ability to anticipate and solve day-to-day problems, including standard and non-standard requests.
Responsive and empathetic approach to customer needs, managing expectations effectively.
Ability to work in local, regional, and global team environments and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
Travel – Up to 10% international travel may be required.
