Collaborate with Account Executives: Partner with experienced AEs to design and execute effective prospecting strategies.
Craft compelling messaging: Create, test, and refine outreach messaging across different channels, industries, and buyer personas.
Share insights & best practices: Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing successful outbound strategies with the team.
Demonstrate ownership & drive: Stay focused on targets and consistently strive to exceed expectations.
About You Experience: 1+ year in an inbound or outbound BDR role within a marketing technology or Saa S environment (preferred).
Languages: Native/Fluent in Spanish and Italian (written and spoken) with a good level of English Target-driven: Motivated to exceed goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Energetic & self-aware: Engaging, thoughtful, and eager to learn and grow.
Detail-oriented: A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-focused mindset.
