The DGF Graduate Scheme places you in a variety of roles across our international Freight Forwarding business.

What the scheme looks like:
24-month structured scheme
Year 1 – Rotational placements in key departments
Year 2 – Working on key business projects focused on continuous improvement, digitalisation and change management in the Business Process & Service Management team.
Projects include metrics, data analysis and system innovations.
Skills, Experience & Educational Qualifications required:
2:1 or above degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or a related discipline.
Interest in project management, process improvement and data analysis/metrics.
Motivated to develop a career in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service with innovative ideas and practical solutions that continuously improve our business.
Fully mobile to travel within Ireland and able to work at other sites outside Cedar Drive to deliver key projects as required.
Clean Irish driving licence.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Fluent in English.
Enthusiastic and open-minded with a 'Can-Do' attitude.
Confident communicator – able to tailor communication style according to the audience.
What do we offer?
The scheme will initially be a 24-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Our Graduates move into a permanent position within the business, subject to a suitable vacancy being available and in line with the selection process for the role.
