Job Title: Support Worker Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a Support Worker Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area, as well as a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service. This includes conducting risk assessments and safeguarding young people in care, as well as working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures, as well as a full clean manual driving license. We offer comprehensive training, support with further education, and competitive salary with increments.
