Grade III Clerical Officer Job Kerry Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Grade III Clerical Officer for a full time temporary post in Kerry.
This Clerical Officer will be responsible for administrative and reception duties within the department they are assigned to as well as assisting their department to deliver best practice for its service users.
Main Responsibilities: Providing administrative and secretarial support functions Responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of daily activities within the department Provision of general office duties, including Typing, copying, photocopying files as requested.
Order, monitor and supply all stationary as requested.
Make and receive phone enquires as directed.
Organise delivery and collection of post.
Liaise with staff in other departments, the public and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous and professional manner.
