We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to lead our design team.
Job Description:
* This is a leadership role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to motivate and guide a team of BIM Technicians.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of BIM design and coordination for building services projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
* They will also be expected to work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in BIM management, preferably within building services, M&E, or construction projects.
* Possess leadership experience, ideally with a small team.
* Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or similar BIM software).
