Training Coordinator Location: DublinAs aTraining Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our learning and development initiatives. You'll design, organize, and oversee training programs that enhance employee performance and support career growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate across teams to ensure training is engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule training sessions (in-person and virtual).Manage training logistics: venues, materials, technology, and communication.Track attendance, feedback, and training outcomes.Support trainers and subject matter experts with preparation and delivery.Maintain training records and generate reports for leadership.Identify opportunities to improve training processes and employee experience.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in training coordination or L&D support.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and learning platforms (LMS experience is a plus).A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others grow.
