You'll ensure a smooth transition for employees, all while keeping the company compliant with local laws and competitive in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Dive deep into compensation data from both organizations to find gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.Integration Planning: Partner with HR teams to design and implement new compensation structures and benefits programs that harmonize the two organizations.Market & Compliance Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends and labor laws in the Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland to make sure our practices are competitive and compliant.Strategic Recommendations: Propose and implement changes to pay and benefits to attract and retain top talent while supporting the company's overall business strategy.Communication: Clearly explain changes to stakeholders, including company leadership and employees, ensuring transparency and understanding.Reporting: Create reports on compensation analysis, project costs, and integration progress to support executive decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in compensation analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on M&A projects .Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Solid knowledge of labor laws and market practices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
