Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with some flexibility to work remotely. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will handle the accurate input and management of data into company systems, ensure database maintenance, and verify the accuracy of information. Day-to-day tasks also include updating records, organizing data files, assisting with general administrative tasks, and supporting communication with members and stakeholders. This role is key to ensuring efficient operations and timely data processing to support community and event activities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and a strong ability to manage and organize office tasks efficiently.
* Excellent Computer Literacy, including proficiency with software tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, and database systems.
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with team members and community stakeholders.
* Strong Typing skills to ensure fast and accurate data entry.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
* Experience in data management or administrative roles is a plus.
