To spearhead the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, valuations, and due diligence assignments while supporting senior leadership in business development and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of M&A, MBO, and fundraising mandates with precision.
* Lead the production of high-quality Information Memorandums (IMs) and comprehensive business plans that align with stakeholder expectations.
* Create complex integrated $P&L$, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models to drive informed decision-making.
1. Conduct robust financial analysis to identify deal risks and 'normalized' EBITDA ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
