Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own the sales process from first contact to close
Present recruitment solutions to growing companies
Build strong client relationships and ensure successful delivery
Collaborate with delivery teams to create exceptional client experiences
What we're looking for:
6+ months in fast-paced sales (SDR, BDR, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Telesales)
Self-driven and motivated by results, growth, and income
Strong communication skills
EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
Able to work fully on-site in Dublin 2, Monday–Friday
