Talent Acquisition Specialist Opportunity - Ireland and Cork Locations
This role involves full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
You will be an advisor to business units, building relationships and collaborating with leadership across the organization, developing sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process, participating in team meetings, identifying effective sourcing strategies, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, facilitating interview processes, driving offer processes, and providing guidance on search and hiring procedures.

About This Role:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-life-cycle recruitment with a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring specialized software and engineering skill sets. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, international recruitment experience, ability to attract top talent, build relationships with candidates and managers, work in fast-paced environments, have solid business acumen, problem-solving skills, and experience with applicant tracking systems.
