Job Purpose
The Process Specialist role represents the business interests and requirements in the Process area, bringing knowledge of current business operations and taking responsibility for helping define how the business will operate in the future. The role manages changes in the ‘Plan the Business’ functional area through design, documentation, testing, deployment and end‑user training.
Main Responsibilities

Serve as a subject‑matter expert in Demand, Inventory and Supply Management within the ‘Plan the Business’ process area and provide design and roadmap input.
Provide insight into current business operations and ensure division/common‑function requirements are considered in design.
Coordinate system assessment discussions and related activities.
Contribute to design and roadmaps for the process area.
Lead implementation of ‘Plan the Business’ planning solutions, including configuration, integration with other systems, and alignment with business processes.
Peer‑review change requests for the ‘Plan the Business’ space prior to approval by the Business Area Design Authority.
Coordinate, manage and approve transport releases through the test landscape.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFWs and peer review as appropriate.
Own, promote and improve the technical solution and associated processes.
Validate training material developed by the training team.
Support the Change Management team in assessing business change impacts and driving adoption.
Provide input into resource planning.
Analyse proposed changes to business practices and advise senior management of compliance implications.
Track, analyse and trend overall performance of the Transportation Management system, review issues and perform root‑cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
Perform other ad‑hoc duties as requested by management.

Experience

7+ years of solution experience in SAP and other planning solutions.
Strong knowledge of supply‑chain management processes and best practices.
Expertise in configuration and implementation of SAP and other planning tools.
Experience with integrations, ETL layers and integration exposure.
Knowledge of S/4HANA.
Experience with Logi­ty Voyager or other planning tools (IBP, etc.) advantageous.
ABAP development and debugging knowledge is a plus.
Experience with agile delivery methodology.
Strong communication skills at all levels within the company.

Education, Licences & Certificates

Degree level or equivalent.
Prior process leadership experience is preferred.
Previous experience in agile methodology is advantageous.
Change management leadership experience is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
