Construction Project Planner Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within the allocated timeframe, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create comprehensive construction schedules for approval and update impacted schedules as required
* Perform thorough schedule health assessments to ensure accuracy, integrity, and critical path verification
* Allocate resources to schedules and generate relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Oversee project budgets and identify scope expansion or modifications
* Monitor planned versus actual earned value progress
* Collaborate with team members to establish systems for recording and tracking issues
* Participate in site meetings
* Track productivity of trades/craft labor by comparing hours spent versus hours earned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant third-level degree or M&E trade qualification
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role specifically on electrical projects
* Data centre & Pharma experience is beneficial
* Experience leading projects from a project controls perspective
* IT Skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
