SAP SuccessFactors HR Consultant
Drive our digital HR transformation as a skilled SAP SuccessFactors HR consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in streamlining HR processes, extracting insights from data, and maximizing the potential of SuccessFactors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation) to meet business needs.
* E nsure system stability, resolve user issues, and maintain data integrity to optimize configurations for daily use.
* Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems to enhance overall efficiency.
* Collaborate with HR and IT to align system functions with strategic goals and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
* Identify system enhancement opportunities, stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, and support testing during release cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, including system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting.
* Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows.
* Strong team player, effective with internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of time and attendance and SAP payroll is an asset.
* Experience with SuccessFactors implementation preferred Exposure to S/4HANA is a plus, but not required.
