Team Overview:
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview:
The Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, organisation, and execution of manufacturing and assembly activities for prefabricated industrial plant rooms, modular skids, and spool modules. This role ensures smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, fabrication, quality, and logistics teams to deliver high‑quality modules safely, on time, and within budget.
You will act as a key point of contact across the production environment, driving workflow efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all production activities align with project schedules and quality standards.

What You'll be Doing
Support production planning and coordination for plant room and modular builds by maintaining detailed schedules and aligning fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch activities. Monitor daily progress, analyse production data, and proactively identify and escalate risks or delays. Manage and control production documentation, ensuring accurate and current information is available on the shop floor. Liaise with engineering, materials, procurement, logistics, and project teams to resolve issues, track critical materials, and meet milestones. Support NCR management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements, permits, lift plans, and RAMS.
