We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success efforts across EMEA. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and expansion of our product while developing and executing at-scale outreach campaigns to key contacts.
Your expertise will help drive monthly active users and seat expansion while informing and influencing our overall growth strategy. You will work closely with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of our product and serve as our in-house product ambassador, elevating customers' workflows and maximizing returns on investment from Notion.

About The Role:

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
* A proven track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
* Fluency in German.
* Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
