One of Irelands well respected Developers are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead a large residential construction project in Malahide, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, coordination, and day-to-day site operations.
This role involves overseeing subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring full compliance with safety and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of construction activities from start to finish, including site preparation, progress tracking, and quality control.
Organise work schedules and delegate tasks to the site team.
Liaise with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
Design and implement the construction programme to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective solutions.
Prepare site reports and maintain updated drawings and design documentation.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Manage budgets, cost control, and procurement of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain strong communication across teams throughout all project stages, including key handover.
Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and final project documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in residential house building projects in Ireland.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Excellent understanding of health & safety and quality management.
Full, clean driver’s licence.
