Located in the heart of The Liberties, Aloft Dublin City is one of Dublin’s uniquely styled hotels. Our hotel consists of 202 bedrooms, expanding meeting space, gymnasium, F&B outlets together with an on-site Gastro Pub. The 7th floor, complete with floor to ceiling windows boasts panoramic views of the entire city and is where the reception and F&B outlets are located.

Tenters is a true Dublin Gastro Pub nestled in one of the oldest areas of Dublin. The Liberties is full of history and bursting with character. Tenters offers a wide range of own products that are a firm favourite with locals.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Accommodation Associate is responsible for the daily servicing of allocated bedrooms and their respective corridors. This Associate is an essential part of the staff team with regard to both excellent standards in all bedrooms in addition to being one of the first associates that many guests will meet each morning. A high level of customer service will be required and guest interaction is actively encouraged.
You take ownership of your individual rooms, providing expected levels of service both for our bedrooms & our guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Room Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
* To receive your allocation of rooms for that day and service these rooms to the required standard.
* Never leave your pass key out of sight.
* Your trolley and store cupboard must be kept clean and stocked to the required standard.
* The corridor on which you are working is to be hoovered daily.
* Any damaged or sub-standard linen should be kept together and returned to the linen room at the end of the day.
* Maintenance faults to be reported to your supervisor / manager as soon as they occur / are found.
* Any guest complaints to be reported to your supervisor / manager as soon as they are brought to your attention.
* To read, understand & carry out your responsibilities as defined in the Health & Safety statement and staff handbook.
* To attend any meetings/training sessions as required.
* To keep your designated corridor clean, clear and free of obstacles at all times.
* Be security conscious by not leaving doors or windows open and by reporting any suspicious activity noticed.
* Return all keys and reports to your supervisor at the end of your shift.
* Restock your trolley at the end of the day.
