Payroll Specialist Job Overview
This role involves executing accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple clients, managing all complex inputs and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Payroll: Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple clients, managing all complex inputs and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
2. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with all Irish statutory requirements, including accurate Revenue submissions (RPN, PSR, PAYE/PRSI/USC).
3. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing expert payroll advice and proactively resolving all queries and issues.
4. Quality & Coaching: Conduct peer reviews for junior team members and actively support their coaching and development.
5. Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in payroll systems and processes.
Requirements
* 3-4+ years experience in payroll, ideally in an outsourced/practice environment.
* IPASS qualification is essential.
* Strong technical knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and compliance.
* Excellent planning, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
