Lead Food & Beverage Operations

* Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across various outlets, including cafes, restaurants, and bars.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences across all dining occasions.
* Maintain cost controls, staffing levels, and performance metrics while exceeding guest satisfaction benchmarks.
* Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, partnering with local suppliers and promoting environmentally responsible practices.
* Uphold high standards in health and safety, hygiene, and staff training.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development within the F&B department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor F&B teams, including floor supervisors, restaurant staff, and bartenders.
* Drive business growth through strategic planning, menu engineering, and innovative marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an F&B leadership role, preferably within a 4-star hotel or luxury resort.
* Proven track record of success in managing multiple F&B outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations.
* Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest-service skills.
* Financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, labour planning, and stock control.
* Possession for hospitality, sustainability, and guest experience.
* Flexible, organized, and calm under pressure.
