Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Administrator to support our sales operation
The role involves handling customer enquiries, accurately processing orders and quotes within the CRM system, and providing a high level of service over the telephone.
Exceptional attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy across all sales and customer records.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales customer service, sales admin, or customer support role.
* Strong experience using CRM systems for order input and customer records.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
