About this Leisure Attendant Role
This position involves acting as the primary point of contact for all members, addressing their queries in person or via phone/email. Ensuring the smooth operation of the club during opening hours is a key responsibility.
Your Key Accountabilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all members
* Assist with daily leisure club operations
* Participate in promotional and upselling activities
* Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the facility
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must possess fluent English communication skills
* Demonstrate flexibility in working hours
* Hold relevant certifications such as pool/lifeguard and First Aid
* Have a valid NCEF qualification or equivalent
* Be a qualified Gym instructor
