Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join the team of our client, a luxury 5* resort West of Ireland. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and guest satisfaction that their guests expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the luxury hotel industry, specifically in supervisory or assistant management roles within the food and beverage or rooms division departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our guests.
2. Lead, motivate, and supervise team members, setting high standards for performance and guest engagement.
3. Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring an unforgettable stay.
4. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and execute special events and guest experiences.
5. Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
6. Assist in the training and development of staff to uphold our exacting standards.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
8. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reports, and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the luxury 5-star hotel industry.
10. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
11. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
12. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
13. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
