Key Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, with a focus on delivering continuous improvement and driving up-time, yield, and cycle time performance.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying line detractors through data analysis, developing and implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. This includes organizing planned maintenance and calibration activities, sourcing spare parts, and supporting site strategy and capacity expansion projects.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide technical training to operations and maintenance personnel as needed, model good safety and quality behaviors, own and track safety, quality, and operational open items, and develop relevant work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or a Master of Engineering degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as demonstrated ability to optimize highly automated production lines within a regulated environment.
A Lean/Six Sigma and/or project management certification is preferred but not required.
