Spa Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing team performance and engagement, driving team development through structured training and coaching.
Main Tasks:
* Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives the highest levels of personalised care and attention in line with Forbes Five-Star standards.
* Team Management: Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance appraisals with team members. Maintain exceptional service standards through training, motivation, and operational controls.
* Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance to support smooth daily operations. Identify areas for improvement to increase revenue growth.
