Job Description
This role involves providing support and advocacy to service users in a safe and caring environment. The post holder will work as part of a team to create and maintain a safe and supportive space for all residents.
The successful candidate will provide non-directive support and advocate on behalf of service users, promoting participation and social interaction within the community. They will also follow behavioural care/support plans developed by project workers and support clients/residents with general appointments as needed.
In addition to these responsibilities, the post holder will be responsible for supervising GSCK while on duty, maintaining accurate records, communicating with incoming staff, and operating the duty roster. They will also be required to attend management/operational supervision and maintain confidentiality in relation to service users and staff information.
