Our team is seeking a skilled Insurance Portfolio Manager. This role involves managing and servicing personal lines insurance accounts, focusing on Motor and Home policies.
* Manage Renewals: Review, re-broker, and negotiate Home & Motor insurance renewals.
* Customer Service: Handle queries, perform mid-term adjustments, and maintain strong customer relationships.
* New Business & Quotations: Set up new insurance quotations, take payments, and issue client documentation.
* Provider Liaison: Negotiate with insurers and maintain productive relationships with providers.
* Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate computer records, prepare reports, and research insurance policies and products.
* APA qualified at a minimum.
* Strong understanding of personal lines insurance (Home & Motor).
* Experience working in a customer-facing insurance role, ideally within a personal lines team.
* Familiarity with Applied systems or similar insurance administration platforms is an advantage.
