Cork Salary/Package:Competitive (Negotiable DOE) Project:Residential We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a high-value residential project in Cork (c. €30M) for a tier one contractor.
The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations across a large residential development.
Supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct staff.
Implement and enforce Health & Safety procedures and site inductions.
Monitor programme progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Drive the project through to successful completion and handover.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects.
Tier one/Tier two contractor experience Strong understanding of BCAR, QA, and construction regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects on programme and budget.
