Key Objective:
To deliver a premium brand experience to every customer, continuously improving sales performance while upholding strong brand values and representing Gym+Coffee. Our aim is for every customer to leave feeling part of our community. Candidates must be flexible to work Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Brand Experience:
* Be an ambassador for the brand
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Identify customers’ needs and preferences
* Achieve individual and store sales targets by maximizing every sales opportunity through upselling, link-selling, and add-ons
* Handle customer inquiries and refunds professionally, turning refunds into sales where possible
Commercial Awareness:
* Know the store and best-selling products to enhance sales opportunities
* Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability
* Stay updated on new products, launches, and promotions
* Support company incentives to boost sales
* Monitor competitor activity and share insights with management
Stock Management:
* Assist with stock deliveries and management
* Keep the shop floor fully stocked
* Ensure optimal stock replenishment
* Maintain accurate stock records and support stock-take activities
* Ensure stock is merchandised and priced correctly according to guidelines
