The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner to partner with our technology organisation. You'll recruit for roles across Software Engineering,, QA Engineering, Engineering Leadership; partnering closely with leaders to bring new humans into the business. Your focus will be strong sourcing, relationship building, and creating a smooth, human hiring experience. While tech will be your main area, you'll also support other business roles as needed.

The Skills You Will Bring
7. 5+ years' full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house experience
8. Strong background delivering complex technical roles
9. Advanced sourcing skills: talent mapping, passive outreach, market insights
10. Confident working with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards, Experience with Workday is an advantage.
11. Ability to use data to influence decisions and improve processes
12. Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams
13. Excellent time management and prioritisation across multiple roles

15. Collaborative and agile mindset; supportive of teammates, willing to share expertise, and support other business areas as required.
