Key Account Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue from existing and new customers.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with senior-level contacts at major accounts.
3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking and other means.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
5. Providing regular sales reports and updates to management.
6. Participating in sales activities including sales trips, appointments, tradeshows and site inspections.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of the hotel industry and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
