Account Executives at Klaviyo are given a tremendous opportunity to have a huge impact on Klaviyo’s prospects, trajectory and their own career. AEs are product experts who focus on closing deals with the right customers and setting them up for success.
AEs run the full sales cycle from qualification to demo, drive the buying process to close with minimal air support, and manage dozens of prospects at once. The best AEs close over 70% of opportunities, forecast accurately, and manage their territory long term.
Responsibilities
* Build Klaviyo’s client base across EMEA
* Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
* Support the success of your peers
* Exhibit Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort
* Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives
* Expand your skillset by participating in adjacent tasks over time
Who You Are / Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions
* Experience selling to Founders/Business Owners/Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retail/Brands domain
* Experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales with multiple stakeholders
* Outbounding experience with creative techniques/strategies
* Fluent in English & French (written & verbal)
* Motivated by exceeding goals; comfortable with rejection and learning from failure
* Growth mindset and rigorous pursuit of improvement
* Collaborative, engaging, and energetic; skilled at influencing and relationship building
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range reflects local labour costs. Base pay range: €47,500 EUR. Total compensation may include annual cash bonus, variable pay (OTE for sales and customer success), equity, sign-on, and a comprehensive benefits package. Details provided during hiring.
