Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including systems, supplies, and communications
* Lead day-to-day accounts functions including invoicing, PO matching, payment runs, and reconciliation
* Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in line with internal controls and audit standards
* Support the Managing Director and senior leaders with reports and coordination of internal operations
* Act as a first point of contact for all accounts queries
* Manage general office documentation, filing, and GDPR compliance
* Liaise with the finance team on month-end reporting and budgeting
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments
* Foster a friendly, responsive, and professional culture across the office
Skills and Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar Office Management/Senior Administration role with strong involvement in accounts or financial administration
* Strong background in accounts and financial coordination (including bookkeeping and managing AP/AR)
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
* Flexible, solutions-focused, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, growing business
