Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with young people aged 12-25 who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Our ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology, Mental Health Nurse registration, Social Worker registration, Occupational Therapist registration, or Psychotherapist accreditation. They will also have at least three years' experience working in health and social care settings, therapeutic settings, or related areas supporting individuals with mental health needs.
You will be responsible for undertaking initial mental health assessments, providing evidence-informed brief therapeutic interventions, conducting risk assessments, and implementing risk management plans as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a transdisciplinary team environment. They will also be able to provide clinical supervision and guidance to colleagues, assume leadership responsibilities, and participate in continuing professional development opportunities.

* Key Responsibilities:
