Responsibilities

Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop and discuss potential solutions.
Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications

Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Professional Diploma in Compliance, PRMIA).
Minimum of 4 years in a similar consultancy environment or in a financial services company with strong experience in risk or regulatory compliance.
Experience of the regulatory framework and working in a compliance/risk department of an authorised firm.

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of the financial services industry; cross‑financial sector experience is an advantage.
Understanding of relevant key risk and regulatory issues.
Demonstrate ability to develop proactive and constructive recommendations.
Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment.
Ability to understand/interpret new and existing regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and report‑writing skills.
Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Quick to take and understand a brief.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and autonomy (think on one’s feet).
