The Role
The Role Our client is seeking an ambitious and skilled communications professional to join their growing Dublin team. This is a hybrid role: office-based on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-impact global PR campaigns.
* Manage daily client communications across emerging technology sectors.
* Provide outstanding client service, supporting retention and growth.
* Draft, edit, and review press materials.
* Handle proactive and reactive media relations.
* Issue press releases and pitch to international media.
* Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure impactful coverage.
* Lead crisis communications and issues management.
* Run workshops, media training, and client update meetings.
* Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team, allocating resources and guiding professional growth.
* Proactively identify opportunities to advance client brands and business goals.
* Contribute fresh ideas and a positive, entrepreneurial mindset to ongoing growth.
Skills & Requirements
* At least 4 years’ recent PR agency experience with a focus on media relations.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of finance, blockchain, or advanced technologies desirable but not essential.
* Proven strategic thinking and opportunity identification.
* Excellent understanding of the media landscape.
* Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* Strong planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated crisis communications experience.
* Successful leadership and mentoring track record.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
* Highly motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
