An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager within our Food Republic restaurant at Cork Airport. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working actively with the chef, this position will lead a team in delivering unique world‑class customer service to our daily customers.
Responsibilities
Lead a team in the delivery of high‑standard customer service.
Work early mornings and evenings in a five‑day, seven‑day per week operation.
Maintain a pressurised, diverse work environment focused on client and customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent people‑management skills.
Professional and friendly nature.
Focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
Flexibility and ability to work both as a team and independently.
Ability to manage in a diverse and pressurised environment with a focus on client and customer services.
Self‑motivated and ready to challenge for continuous improvement.
Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience, with an anticipated five‑day over seven‑day week operation. Candidate must be available to work early mornings and evenings.
