Key Responsibilities * Implement clinical applications from initiation through post-launch support * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets * Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT staff, clinical stakeholders, and third-party vendors * Translate clinical needs into technical specifications * Manage project scope, identify risks and issues promptly * Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new applications * Report project status to executive leadership and key stakeholders * Coordinate testing, training, and transition to support activities This role ensures projects adhere to healthcare regulatory requirements. Multiple concurrent projects are managed while maintaining quality standards. Project managers also facilitate requirements gathering sessions and lead full lifecycle implementation of clinical applications from initiation through post-launch support. A range of skills and expertise is required for this position, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and translate clinical needs into technical specifications. About This Role: In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that improve patient care and operational efficiency. As a skilled Applications Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project planning, coordination, and delivery.
